The Community Enrichment Center (CEC) may be able to provide temporary rent and utility assistance to individuals and families who have fallen behind on their housing or utility payments due to an unexpected change in circumstances, financial hardship, or personal crisis.

Assistance is intended to help stabilize households and prevent further disruption while individuals work toward regaining financial security.

Because funding for these programs comes from grants, donations and other limited resources, assistance is subject to eligibility requirements and the availability of funds at the time of application.
