The CEC is proud to partner with United Way of Tarrant County to provide free income tax preparation through Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).
Families and individuals with household incomes of $69,000 or less can visit one of multiple locations across the county to get a better understanding of what they owe – or to get the largest refund possible.
This successful program has helped Tarrant County residents improve financial stability and resiliency since 2010.

What began as a small food pantry in the late 1970s has grown into a multi-service resource for struggling families, empowering people and providing hope for a bright future.
Food Pantry Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am to 1pm
Tuesday Evenings – 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Administrative Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
