The CEC is proud to own 206 properties.They are spread between an apartment community and a group of townhomes in North Richland Hills, several condominiums in Hurst and many single family homes throughout the Northeast Tarrant County area.
Some of our properties are used with our two housing programs but most are just affordable properties that rent for below market rate. The CEC is committed to helping families move from crisis to wholeness and believes that Affordable Housing is an important piece of that process.
All of our properties are well maintained and in good neighborhoods close to good schools. We are proud members of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and the Texas Apartment Association and enjoy a very favorable relationship with each of the cities in which we have homes.
